About Us
Build Matrics Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17033590). Our registered office is at 100-102 Morden Road, Mitcham, England, CR4 4DA. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ refer to Build Matrics Ltd.
Services
We provide construction consultancy services including cost estimation, project bid coordination, and construction business development. Full details of each service are set out in the relevant service agreement or proposal provided to the client.
Engagement
Our services commence upon the client’s written acceptance of a proposal or quotation and receipt of any required deposit. A signed engagement letter or email confirmation constitutes a binding agreement.
Fees and Payment
Fees are as set out in the agreed proposal. Project-based fees require a 50% deposit prior to commencement, with the balance payable on delivery. Monthly retainer fees are payable in advance on the first of each calendar month. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
Cancellation of Monthly Services
Monthly plans may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice sent to info@buildmatricsltd.co.uk. No refund will be issued for any days within a month that have already been paid for unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables produced by Build Matrics Ltd remain the intellectual property of Build Matrics Ltd until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or commercially sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you in connection with any single engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The current version will always be published on this website.
