At Build Matrics Ltd, we believe in straightforward pricing. Below are our three service tiers. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is not currently applicable. If you’re unsure which plan is right for you, contact us for a free consultation.

COORDINATION

- Best for: Contractors with an active tender pipeline who need structured, professional bid management.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

- Best for: Contractors needing professional estimates on a project-by-project basis without ongoing commitment.
Pricing Notes
All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £).
VAT: Build Matrics Ltd is not currently VAT registered. No VAT will be added to invoices unless the company’s VAT status changes, in which case clients will be notified in advance.
Payment terms: Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (BACS / Faster Payments), with details provided on invoice. Payments should be made to the Build Matrics Ltd UK business account. We do not accept cheques.
Monthly plans: All monthly plans operate on a rolling contract. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice sent to info@buildmatricsltd.co.uk.
Project-based estimates: Work begins upon receipt of cleared payment of a 50% deposit. Remaining balance is due on delivery of the final estimate.
