- We review your drawings, specifications, and any relevant documentation and produce a detailed cost plan that you can submit with confidence. Our estimates account for current UK labour and material rates, regional cost variations, and applicable regulations.

Full project estimation, bid preparation, platform submissions (Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, Procore, and others), and win/loss tracking. Unlimited projects within your monthly scope.
Online Presence & Marketing
LinkedIn profile management, Google Business profile, targeted content to showcase your company to procurement teams and main contractors. We make sure you’re visible where it counts.
Pipeline & Follow-Up Management
We track every submitted bid, chase outstanding decisions, book client meetings, and help you build relationships with repeat-client main contractors and public sector clients.

Note: Rolling monthly contract. No setup fee. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. VAT is not currently charged as Build Matrics Ltd is below the VAT registration threshold. We will notify clients if this changes.
