With extensive experience in construction estimation and pre-construction management, Usama has overseen the successful delivery of bids across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors throughout the UK.

He is personally committed to providing clients with expert-level guidance and treating every project with the same rigour and care — whether it’s a small residential renovation or a multi-million-pound commercial tender.

James Hartley

Senior Estimator Specialist in residential and commercial cost planning. James brings 8+ years of quantity surveying experience and ensures all estimates align with current UK market rates and RICS guidelines.

Sophie Crawford

Bid Coordinator Sophie manages the full bid lifecycle from tender response to final submission. She has a background in main contracting and understands what clients and procurement teams are looking for.

Daniel Osei

Business Development Consultant Daniel supports contractors in building their pipeline and digital presence. He manages outreach, tender platform monitoring, and follow-up communications on behalf of our clients.
